I re-opened this bug thread because I have the exact same problem. I use
Ubuntu Gutsy, and evolution-data-server 1.12.1-0ubuntu1. I'm attaching a
valgrind report, I got using this command:
evolution --force-shutdown && G_SLICE=always-malloc G_DEBUG=gc-friendly
valgrind -v --tool=memcheck --leak-check=full --num-callers=40 --log-
file=valgrind.log /usr/lib/evolution/evolution-data-server-1.12 --oaf-
activate-iid=OAFIID:GNOME_Evolution_DataServer_CalFactory:1.2 --oaf-ior-
fd=40
I copied the arguments from ps aux

Status: Invalid => New
