Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu
better.

I think the first step would be to add Gilaki to the list of languages
listed on https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity and
then you can add translations which can be included. I am not familar
with the details on how to do this, but I have added Ubuntu Translation
project to help in this process.
