Hello, Installing latest 3.20200609.0ubuntu0 on 19.10.0 this afternoon did the opposite for me: it brought the boot hangs at "loading initial ramdisk" problem that I didn't experienced before.
Both kernels 5.3.0-59 and 5.3.0-55 didn't boot (normal or recovery), only 5.3.0-53 booted normally. I had to switch back to intel-microcode=3.20190918.1ubuntu1 version to boot on kernels 5.3.0-59 and 5.3.0-55. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1858810 Title: [19.10] Boot hangs at "loading initial ramdisk" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/intel-microcode/+bug/1858810/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
