iucode-tool: system has processor(s) with signature 0x000906ed output of lscpu would be useful too, along with ensuring you have the latest BIOS installed from Dell. Raising the issue at https://github.com/intel/Intel-Linux-Processor- Microcode-Data-Files/issues/ will get the problem you are having more of a chance to get on Intel's radar.
