@Ian and anyone affected by this bug, Now ubuntu focal kernel (5.4.0) for raspi2 is ready, and in that kernel the CONFIG_DRＭ_V3D is enabled by default (in the latest version of rasp2 focal kernel), could you please have a try that 5.4.0 kernel?
