Sure though given others aren't experiencing this I suspect its due to
upgrading? The exact command I have run is just cmake with no extra
flags present. This also happens when it try to run file-roller for me
as well.

build$ cmake ../
cmake: symbol lookup error: cmake: undefined symbol:
archive_write_add_filter_zstd

Repository wise I only have the following 4 enabled:
Canonical-supported free and open-source software (main)
Community-maintained free and open-source software (universe)
Proprietary drivers for devices (restricted)
Software restricted by copyright or legal issues (multiverse)

This has happened since I upgraded to 20.04, WRT my upgrade process from
18.04->20.04 I had to upgrade to 19.10 first as I couldn't seem to do a
direct upgrade to 20.04... total upgrade history is
16.04->18.04->19.10->20.04
