I happen to have amd64 arch, but could not reproduce the bug typing 'sudo apt 
install openjdk-14-jre-headless'.
>From the DpkgHistoryLog.txt it seems to me that this command was used.

However - from the DpkgTerminalLog.txt - it seems to me as though an
other /bin/java executable or symbolic link had been installed
previously. The problem may be that the openjdk package would like to
use the same path.

Then it is an openjdk-14-jre-headless package issue.
