I think the gcc-10 that was built for Focal release was built in
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-toolchain-r/+archive/ubuntu/binutils

And it appears that says archive does not have building & publication of
debug symbols on.

Can I please be added to ~ubuntu-toolchain-r to double check the
settings of that repository? At the momemnt, it looks like they are not
sufficiently correct to copy packages from there into the archive.

If you need spare locations to build toolchains, it is best to build
them in Bileto PPAs as they are always correctly configured devirt &
dbgsymbols on.
