[Feature Description]
For ICX, include the full non experimental uncore event list in Linux perf.
Previous platforms only had a small subset of tested uncore events.
The full JSON event list has a lot of fields (Filter etc.) that are
currently not supported by the perf jevents converter to convert them to
perf syntax. We need to check if any are needed, if anything is missing,
and implement that as needed to support all uncore events in the event
list.
