Same thing here. In my case, the computer keeps booting into emergency mode, with output like in #5, and some additional ACPI errors. I changed COMPRESS to gzip as described in #47, but not back to lz4. Now the computer keeps booting into emergency mode with the message "/dev/sda2 clean" (which is my root partition). No more ACPI errors are reported. However, in emergency mode, I need to do "mount -a" each time and then "exit", otherwise it will return to emergency mode after FS check. The booting is quite slow, though.
