@MarkF (az2008) What you have experienced is abnormal. Normally there is only one driver for device, we offer the best driver we have, and once connected to the internet, the connection persists without any disconnects. And copies wifi config into the target installed system. Such that one never has to type the WiFi password a second time.
I'm trying to troubleshoot what went wrong. As normally, we shouldn't cause such disruption at all. And thus there should be no need for confusing popups saying things about disconnects, waiting, redoing things. ** Tags removed: rls-ff-notfixing -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1867465 Title: Installer disconnects wifi (after choosing download while installing, 3rd party) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/systemd/+bug/1867465/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
