Public bug reported:
Create a new folder, then choose it, click the right button, select 'rename',
strike ctrl+space to open SCIM Chinese Simplified, then could not input any
characters. Could not rename successfully.
Could use command 'mv' to finish this operation. In 'mv', could input Chinese
folder name normally. (Could open and close Chinese input normally.)
This issue always happened.
My OS - ubuntu 7.10
Machine - Dell Inspiron 700m
