Hello. I finally managed to work and locate the files and the code to change to make the swapfile work on Btrfs, I have tested it on several installations for a few months and the swapfile is created both if you choose ext4 or btrfs. I'm not a developer, so I don't know if the changes are correct and in style. Hope it helps.
