So. After a set of tests I realized in the following.

1. Install process finished successfully if I use acpi=off flag. But
- the system does not restart on "sudo restart now", it goes to "Reached
Restart Target" and hangs.
- when I change later in grub acpi=on , the suspend operation does not work;
"sudo restart now" still does not work.
- i do not specify any acpi=off to install Pop!OS 20 (it's sad it's based on
ubuntu 20.04), and it works fine with suspend option at start.

2. When i install the system on SSD (with acpi=off) then it fails at the
very end with the message like "file system has not been finalized".
(But in Pop!OS 20 it is done fine again)

3. After the install it is detected and used nvidia graphic card and the
system works ok, then i switch to intel's one and back to the nvidia,
then the system does not start. Also, nvidia-settings in Ubuntu 20 show
only "PRIME PROFILES" section ( and there is a message in the terminal
about it can not load info ), but in Pop!OS 20 there is a full info
about nvidia card.

4. Also there is a login issue when it shows a login field on the screen
with other applications on the screen, and it does not log in even if
the password is correct. I'll try to upload video later.
