I do not know if this is actually factual, but no matter that, it is
irrelevant for Ubuntu packages. We have 5.18 in Xenial (which is EOL for
kubuntu support), and 5.40 in bionic. As such, even if the minimum
version was wrong (uncertain) then any package in a supported release
requires 20+ versions newer than the possibly slightly wrong version
reported here, so is of zero impact.
