Public bug reported:

On the Lock Screen tab of Screensaver, I've disabled 'Lock Screen with
System Sleep', but the lock screen still appears when resuming from
sleep. Even disabling 'Lock Screen with Screensaver' also doesn't solve
the issue. Only when I disable 'Enable Lock Screen' does this work as
expected when resuming from sleep.
