Public bug reported:

I try to run do-release-upgrade -d on an Ubuntu 18.04 which fails due to
broken packages.

According to main.log, the issue is colord. My issue is the lack of said
package as I have purged it via 'apt purge colord'.

Yet the issue persist and shows up again after trying to push from 18.04
to 20.04.
