Working latest version of gnome-shell-extension-weather packages are in main
Baltix-Ubuntu operating system repositories - ppa:baltix, simply add this repo:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:baltix/ppa

https://code.launchpad.net/~gnome-shell-extensions/+recipe/gnome-shell-
extension-openweather for more info.
