So it is about time to prepare the other LTS updates via MRE-SRU.
Focal 19.11.1 -> 19.11.3
- retain libbpf delta
- retain ipn3ke delta
- drop security changes which are included in 19.11.3
Bionic 17.11.9-0ubuntu18.04.2 -> 17.11.10
- drop security patches (included in upstream)
- this is the last 17.11 LTS versions by upstream
