Thanks for getting back to me. At the time I posted this bug, I was using a Dapper pre-release. I am currently using Edgy knot3 so I can't test to see if it still occurs in Dapper. However, in a few hours I'll be able to check this in the current state of Edgy.
If I remember correctly, the copy was not complete when the bar hit 100%. There was also plenty of network activity after that point. I have used that same tool to copy files using scp and the progress bar seems to be far more accurate over scp. Please let me know if I can help anymore.
