Closing as expired, since this bug was against Ubuntu 13.10, on a
version of apache2 that is no longer under active support.
(I'm not sure from the stack trace alone what was going on. It seems to
have failed during mutex acquisition, but there wasn't enough
information captured to discern what was wrong beyond that.)
