The only related modification I made has been (now) the reported commenting-out of --8<-- SystemCallFilter=~@clock @cpu-emulation @debug @keyring @module @mount @obsolete @raw-io @reboot @swap -->8-- in /etc/systemd/system/dbus-org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.service which is (here) just a symbolic link to /lib/systemd/system/systemd-resolved.service.
