I can confirm that daily Focal images with the date 20200706 or later
have the required snapd version and core revision with a fix for this
issue. You can find that starting with the AMI: ubuntu/images-testing
/hvm-ssd/ubuntu-focal-daily-arm64-server-20200706
Please give an AMI with the date or higher a try and let us know if you
run into any further issues!
