Hi, you mentioned this started a couple weeks ago. Do you have idea
when/which kernel version starts this regression? You may want to try
following command to find it or some other commands that fits you most:

  $ for c in $(seq 1 100); do \
      test -z "$(journalctl -b -$c | grep iwl_trans_pcie_release_nic_access)"
|| \
        (journalctl -b -$c --no-hostname | grep 'Command line:'); \
    done

And, Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel?
Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the
latest kernel in https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/.

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed”, and attach dmesg.

Thanks in advance.
