Public bug reported:
Since cddb is now dead, I 'scan' the cd, then manually enter all the
track names.
If I then hit 'go' before hitting 'select all', I get a popup saying i
should select a track. But from then on, the 'go' button,
infuriatingly, won't be clickable until I re-scan the cd, and re-enter
all the track names.
