This behavior is irritating me for all 10 years. Finally, I made a patch
for it. It just adds package name in front of description, if there is
only the description. If there is a full program name (like "Google
Chrome"), it keeps it as is. I also added a screenshot of how it looks
with the patch.

Include to upstream would be very welcomed!
