Reproduce:
1. Run virtualbox 6.1.10 r138449 (QT 5.6.2) on windows 10
2. Install Lubuntu 20.04
3. Click Start -> Preferences -> LXQt settings -> Monitor settings
Observed:
Dialog quickly appears and then immediately disappears
Expected:
Dialog stays so screen resolution can be changed
** Affects: lubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
