Hi Nicolas and thanks for your bug report. From the attached logs it seems that mysql failed to start because its TCP port is in use:

[ERROR] [MY-010119] [Server] Aborting This could happen for example if the daemon has been started manually. I suggest you to try to kill all the mysql-related processes and then fix the installation process with: apt -f install As an alternative to manually terminating the stray process you could just try to reboot the system and then fix the install.
