Public bug reported:
Since a couple of days ago, I can't refresh my snaps. I keep getting:
snap refresh
error: cannot communicate with server: timeout exceeded while waiting for
response
This is a notebook, so I tried in different networks with no difference.
I can remove and install snaps with no problems and I have no evident
problem with internet access.
