Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Ubuntu 20.04 LTS installed
2. Try to compile some application which uses byteswap-16.h (for example as
described here - https://askubuntu.com/q/1260661)
Expected results:
* byteswap-16.h is found, compilation is successful
Actual results:
* byteswap-16.h is not found, compilation is not successful
Note:
the last Ubuntu version with this file was 18.04 LTS.
