Ok got to work it now with Ubuntu feisty
The correct xserver.conf is here. I needed a correct evdev configuration
that was all.

Identifier "Logitech MX 700"
Driver "evdev"
Option "Name" "Logitech USB Receiver"
Option "SendCoreEvents" "true"
Option "Phys" "usb-0000:00:1d.0-1/input1" # optional
