It does install the bootstrap meta (oem-somerville-beric-icl-meta 20.04~ubuntu1) automatically. Given it install new source list, then get the index from new source, and then install oem-somerville-meta and oem-somerville-beric-icl-meta (20.04ubuntu1) automatically and successfully. Given above test result, I verified passed.
