Public bug reported:

clang-10.0.0 crashes when compiling the attached example code. This is a
regression in clang-10 which already has been fixed in clang-10.0.1. The
corresponding llvm bug is here:

The clang-10 package for Ubuntu 20.10 uses clang-10.0.1 and does not
crash.
