I believe this has something to do with one of the following packages
(which are not from the official Ubuntu archive) you have installed on
your system.
epson-inkjet-printer-escpr epson-printer-utility google-chrome-stable
imagescan imagescan-plugin-gt-s650 imagescan-plugin-networkscan
imagescan-plugin-ocr-engine polarr timeshift
Please try removing them and attempting the upgrade again. Thanks in
advance.
