* Build without Qt4:
- debian/rules: Pass OFF to configure for jack, pulseaudio, and QT
interfaces, as they all require Qt4.
- debian/control: Drop corresponding jack, pulseaudio interface
packages, and Qt4 library and dev package.
- debian/*.install: Remove install files for packages no longer built.
- debian/*.manpages: Don't install manpages for jack and pulseaudio
interfaces.
- Drop Qt4, pulseaudio, and jack build deps.
