Thanks for reporting.
I was not able to reproduce this issue, aiscm installed without problems
on 20.04. Could you please run `sudo apt update` and see if the issue
persists. If the package is still not installable, please add the output
of `apt policy aiscm libomp5-9` which will tell us which versions are
available. Alternatively try to drill down why libomp5-9 cannot be
installed, if there are some package conflicts further down in the
stack.
