"corruption" to me would mean a problem in graphics memory. That's not what I am seeing in your photos. Your photos seem to show the graphics memory fully intact and some kind of analog VGA signalling problem. Which unfortunately means the Linux kernel might not be aware of the problem.
Still, as a workaround please try selecting 'Ubuntu on Wayland' from the login screen. ** Summary changed: - VGA image is ghosted and stretched (LG L1953S) + VGA image is ghosted and stretched ** Summary changed: - VGA image is ghosted and stretched + VGA signal is ghosted and stretched (IntelĀ® HD Graphics 2500) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1890436 Title: VGA signal is ghosted and stretched (IntelĀ® HD Graphics 2500) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1890436/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
