Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Add some dependencies on libregexp-assemble-perl, libimage-exiftool-perl,
libfont-ttf-perl
to fix a build failure (Closes: #963347)
* No-change rebuild against latest libdvdread
* No-change rebuild for libgcc-s1 package name change.
* No-change rebuild for libgcc-s1 package name change.
The additional build dependencies are now added in Debian.
Changelog entries since current groovy version 1.16.2-2ubuntu1:
gst-plugins-ugly1.0 (1.16.2-2.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload
