* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/rules:
+ modified to use dpatch system
+ fixed make distclean
+ keep our patch for gettext domain in the desktop file
- debian/control:
+ added dpatch as build-depend
+ set maintainer to xubuntu-dev and adhere to DebianMaintainerField
- debian/patches/: keep 10Fix_sigservInvalidConfig.dpatch
