@juliank As I read autopkgtest package's changelog haveged used to be installed 
but it was dropped in 5.11. 
I used haveged in local tests and it seems to fix the test as expected and I 
think the scalingstack install needs adjusting. I suspect there is enough 
entropy for most of the things, the glibc test just times out when it can't get 
enough randomness quickly.
