Public bug reported:
Current snapcraft.yaml is broken for building kernel snaps with ubuntu
kernel tree from a clean ubuntu environment.
Please see the patch in attached to fix the problem
This is effecting Ubuntu Core developers to build a custom kernel base
on Ubuntu stable kernel.
