Thanks Marcus but no it wasn't, it was built on the Debian builders than
can only use what is in the archive, see the build log

Could be that one of the patch changing timestamp lead to some autotools
update? In any case it should be possible to workaround that by
regenerating the macros in question to be from 0.19 in a patch
