I passed on Feisty and loaded Gutsy. re: Gutsy I wish the installation could have auto-detected my vga resolution on my HP notebook. It would have saved me 4 hours of reinstall attempts and phone calls to my friends trying to figure out why the Gutsy install screen went black. That was frustrating With that in mind, I give Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon a rating of 99 % It works good! I wish the Synaptic Package Manager had some software installation-configuration details in setting up the software (e.g. libapache2_mod_log_sql).
