Public bug reported:
Currently libzip in ubuntu very old (1.2.1).
Also libzip have to be builded with cmake with proper encryption library like
openssl, because Ark creates broken AES256 encrypted zip files, cuz again
libzip builded against libcrpyt(libxcrypt) seems doesnt support AES256 at all.
