Public bug reported:

The official ledger support page (https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-
us/articles/115005165269-Fix-connection-issues) provides a script
(https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LedgerHQ/udev-
rules/master/add_udev_rules.sh) creating the udev rules. This contains
many more attributes than the rules provided by the ledger-wallets-udev
ubuntu (focal) package.

The latest firmware update for at least some ledger devices change the
attributes the devices send when connected to the system. This breaks
the firmware update on the ledger devices (recoverable) and make it
unusable without adding the addional missing attributes to the udev
rules.
