Public bug reported:

When an image is set as wallpaper the resolution of the image gets
reduced.

The original image is 3840*2160 pixels and is very clear when viewed in
the Image Viewer Application.

However when the same image is set as a wallpaper the resolution reduces
and the image becomes blurred and is not as clear and sharp as when it
is viewed in the Image Viewer Application.
