** Description changed:

I had bought a new laptop and the touchpad is not working in ubuntu. It works
well in Windows10. I had searched about this and found a few fixes but none
worked.
I had tried cat /proc/bus/input/devices and it didn't show any touchpad.
  My laptop details:
   IdeaPad-3-14IIL05
   Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3, Intel® Core™ i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz × 4
