I have exactly the same issue with dual screen setup on my two notebooks. One is Thinkpad X250 with 5.4 kernel, the other is HP Zhan66(AMD Renoir 4700U) with 5.7 kernel. Exactly the same symptom: - Single screen no problem; - dual screen: when open the "show applications" button on the bottom left corner, and the applications screen shows up, up/down scrolling does not work.
