Binary package hint: totem
Steps to reproduce
1. Open a song/video in totem
2. Click and hold on the notch of the position slider bar, and drag it halfway
across or so.
3. Release click. Even though the mouse button has been released, as you move
the mouse, the position notch follows your mouse movement.
