OK, if you really don't have or need extensions then please run this
command to clear out the config:

  gsettings set org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions "[]"

Then reboot and tell us if the problem persists. If it occurs again then
please run:

  gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.shell > settings.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
